All items on the website are shown as close as possible to the actual item. Colours can vary with the type and quality of your computer monitor.

Leather may vary from piece to piece in texture and colour due to it being a natural product. Many of our fabrics are hand-printed so there may also be some variation in colour and printing.

All promotions involving special items and prices are valid until the date specified or until that item has sold out (whichever happens first).
Delivery - Shipping and Handling Rates

We currently deliver within Australia only. If you live elsewhere and would like to purchase a Luisa Clare item please email info@luisaclare.com for the postage costs to your country.

Deliveries in Australia are made by either Courier or Australia Post and will arrive within 3 - 7 days from the date of your order (for in-stock items only). Delivery costs are $10 AUD per item within Australia.

Exchange Policy
The Luisa Clare online store offers an exchange for Change of Mind (there is no exchange on sale items). Notification must be given to us within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must then be returned to us within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note we can only exchange and not refund for a “change of mind” item.
To exchange an item, please contact us at info@luisaclare.com or ring 03 9005 6389 for authorisation. We will advise you on the method to return the item. We cannot receive the item if we have not been contacted first by the above method.

All items must be returned in original and brand new condition and are unable to be used/worn first. All tags must remain in place. Items that are received that have been used or damaged are not eligible for a refund. Luisa Clare will not accept the return of an item that is not returned new and unused.

Postage/freight charges involved in the exchange have to be covered by the purchaser. This must be paid in advance of the new item being sent out.

If you have received a faulty item please contact Luisa Clare immediately at info@luisaclare.com to discuss our return policy and your particular concern. Please note, approval must first be received before any items are returned. Additionally, we cannot accept the return of items that have been damaged by the user.
Returns
If you have received the incorrect item please contact us immediately. The item must be returned to us within 14 days. In this situation, Luisa Clare will reimburse the shipping costs of getting the incorrect item sent back.
Before returning any items please contact us for authorization at info@luisaclare.com
Note: Luisa Clare cannot refund any items bought through Luisa Clare Stockists.
Warranty
All Luisa Clare items are covered by a 3 month warranty from date of purchase. At the discretion of Luisa Clare we will either repair, replace or refund the item. This warranty will not cover damage to items from the purchaser not caring for the product properly or for reasonable wear and tear.Luisa Clare products are special items made of natural leathers and hand-printed fabrics. We hope that they become your daily favourite item but please treat them carefully with love.
